PHILADELPHIA - AMC Delancy Group, Inc based here, and Fairfield, NJ-based Paramount Hotel Group will partner on the development of a new WESTIN hotel in Berkely Heights, NJ.  The 228-room hotel will be located at the city's Connell Corporate Park.

The eight-story WESTIN Berkely Heights at Connell Corporate Park will be the first ground-up development project between AMC Delancey and Paramount Hotel Group.  The two companies jointly operate three other full-service hotels on the East Coast.  To accommodate the market demand for long-term stays, 19 of the hotel's guestrooms will be extended stay suites.  The property will also offer 17,000 square feet of meeting space.
