Mr. Simon began his career in 1977 as a corporate real estate and securities attorney with Prime Hospitality Corp. Climbing to the rank of President, CEO and Chairman of the company by 1989. Mr. Simon directed the company's growth from 30 to over 200 hotels. This included doubling the size of the Wellesley Inn chain and launching the highly successful AmeriSuites hotel brand. Mr. Simon was also responsible for over $400 million in public offerings. Named 1995 CEO of the Year by Hospitality Valuation Services Executive Search, Mr. Simon is a champion of multi-brand development and franchise management.

As CEO of Paramount Hotel Group, David Simon concentrates on strategic planning, acquisitions, business development and investor relations.

 

Ethan Kramer

Grass roots planning and development are the base upon which Ethan Kramer built his career with Prime Hospitality Corp. As Senior Vice President - Development, Mr. Kramer managed the investment of over $800 million in new hotel development. During the period 1995 through mid-1999, he directed the expansion of the AmeriSuites chain up to 100 hotels. Mr. Kramer was also responsible for the disposition of company-owned hotels and real estate. Mr. Kramer has extensive experience in property appraisal, tax consulting and asset management with other national and real estate firms.

In his present capacity as President, Ethan Kramer oversees the general affairs of the Paramount Hotel Group as well as a focus on finance, acquisitions and business development.

 

Peter Marino

As Vice-President - Business Development and earlier as Vice-President - Operations for Prime Hospitality Corp, Mr. Marino increased gross and net operating profits of all full and limited service hotels under his management. Hotel brands include Marriott, Hilton, Sheraton, Radisson, Holiday Inn, Ramada Inn, Wellesley Inn, Howard Johnson and Days Inn. In his 30 years of hotel management experience, Mr. Marino has consistently improved service and productivity standards, successfully repositioned hotels and secured management contracts throughout the U.S.

As Paramount's Senior Vice President - Operations, Peter Marino directs the operations of all managed properties ensuring standards of excellence in guest satisfaction and hotel profitability. Within the space of less than two years, Mr. Marino has successfully repositioned the operations of a 25-hotel portfolio.

Steve Siegel, formally Vice President - Construction for Prime Hospitality Corp, was responsible for over $1.0B in new hotel construction. Mr. Siegel also managed the capital improvement process for Prime's total portfolio of over 200 hotels. Mr. Siegel is a proven professional in the areas of design, engineering, contractor negotiation and project management for new construction and renovation projects.

In has capacity as Paramount Hotel Group's Senior Vice President - Construction, Steve Siegel most recently managed the successful renovation, conversion and re-opening of 19 hotels within 12 months.
